Candidates may complete a combination of personality, cognitive ability and situational judgement assessments, providing insight into workplace behaviours, motivations, reasoning ability and approaches to work situations.
Saville Wave Professional Styles
Explores workplace personality, behavioural preferences, talents and motivations, providing insight into how someone may approach work, interact with others and perform in different situations.
Saville Wave Focus Styles
Provides a shorter assessment (approx. 13 minutes) of key workplace behaviours, offering insight into someone's behavioural strengths, preferences and potential in a selection or development context.
Aptitude Assessments
The Saville aptitude assessments measure cognitive abilities relevant to workplace performance, such as verbal, numerical, abstract, diagrammatic, spatial and mechanical reasoning.
Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs)
Present candidates with realistic workplace situations and assess how they respond to different challenges, providing insight into their judgement and behavioural approaches relevant to the role.
Workplace English Test
The Workplace English Test assesses an individual's understanding and use of English in the workplace in less than 20 minutes.
