Morrisby has been developing psychometric assessments for more than 50 years, with its origins in Australia through psychologist John Morrisby's work with the Australian Army Psychological Corps. The original Morrisby Profile was first published in 1955 and was subsequently used by organisations in recruitment and graduate and apprenticeship selection.
Today, Morrisby combines psychometric assessment with technology and careers information to support career exploration and development.
Morrisby Assessments
Depending on the purpose of the assessment, individuals may complete a combination of aptitude, interests, personality and priorities assessments.
